Blue cheese is most likely NOT Gluten Free.

Thanks for bring that up. I added "gluten free" to blue cheese in the ingredients list, however, you should read this article: http://www.glutenfreedietitian.com/newsletter/blue-cheese/ . It clarifies whether blue cheese is safe or not.
