If you looking for soft gluten free chocolate chip cookies, you’ve come to the right place. If you prefer firm cookies check out my previous Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies made with a bit of almond flour. While this recipe is delicious, I favor the almond flavor a bit more. If you have access to superfine rice flour, I highly recommend using it over regular rice flour, as the regular is quite gritty. See the tip section to prevent a bit of this gritty flavor.
