Gluten Free S'Mores

Yield: Makes 10 smores.
Traditional version of smores made with homemade gluten free graham crackers and your favorite gluten free chocolate bars and marshmallows.
1 bag gluten-free marshmallows (minis for oven) (Jet Puff for campfire) (Kraft; or use corn-free, if needed
5 (1.55 ounces) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars, cut in half
Instructions:
To Make in Oven:
Preheat oven to broil; place some marshmallows on top of one of the graham crackers; transfer to a baking or broiling pan; repeat with remaining graham crackers; broil until marshmallows are melted a bit and lightly brown, or darker, if desired; remove from oven; top each with a plain graham cracker (the chocolate will melt on its own).
To Make in a Campfire:
Sterilize the end of branch; add a large marshmallow to the end of a branch; toast over an open flame; sandwich the marshmallow between 2 graham crackers; open it up and add the chocolate; close again; (the chocolate will melt on its own) serve once cooled a bit.
Hi! I clicked on ghis site and clicked again under the vegan portion of the gluten free recipes. ..I noticed the "gluten free" smores listed under the vegan tab I clicked includes both hershey milk chocolate and marshmallows. ..neither of which is vegan I don't believe?...

Thanks so for letting me know. I have removed it from the vegan category. I apologize. Sometimes I get carried away after checking vegetarian, as usually when I make something vegetarian it is often vegan.
