Camping season is right around the corner. Until then, you can make delicious gluten free smore’s at home, right in your oven! I provide both methods below, as well as a link to my gluten free graham crackers recipe. They’ve received raved reviews. I hope you, your family and friends enjoy them.
Gluten Free S'Mores
Traditional version of smores made with homemade gluten free graham crackers and your favorite gluten free chocolate bars and marshmallows.
Ingredients:
- 1 recipe Gluten Free Graham Crackers
- 1 bag gluten-free marshmallows (minis for oven) (Jet Puff for campfire) (Kraft; or use corn-free, if needed
- 5 (1.55 ounces) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars, cut in half
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to broil; place some marshmallows on top of one of the graham crackers; transfer to a baking or broiling pan; repeat with remaining graham crackers; broil until marshmallows are melted a bit and lightly brown, or darker, if desired; remove from oven; top each with a plain graham cracker (the chocolate will melt on its own).
- Sterilize the end of branch; add a large marshmallow to the end of a branch; toast over an open flame; sandwich the marshmallow between 2 graham crackers; open it up and add the chocolate; close again; (the chocolate will melt on its own) serve once cooled a bit.

Hi! I clicked on ghis site and clicked again under the vegan portion of the gluten free recipes. ..I noticed the “gluten free” smores listed under the vegan tab I clicked includes both hershey milk chocolate and marshmallows. ..neither of which is vegan I don’t believe?…
Hi Julie,
Thanks so for letting me know. I have removed it from the vegan category. I apologize. Sometimes I get carried away after checking vegetarian, as usually when I make something vegetarian it is often vegan.
Again, thank you for taking the time to bring it to my attention.
