If you are not yet familiar with Goldbaum’s gluten free products, this your chance. They sent me two types of ice cream cones, one sugar cone in cocoa flavor, ice cream bowls (how cool is that!), two flavors of their amazing crackers, brown rice fettuccine, and crispy chow mein noodles. They have been very generous in that they are giving 3 winners each a wonderful prize package. Read my review of their products, and if desired, enter the giveaway. Good luck to all who enter!
Note: Goldbaum’s gluten free products are tested to be under 5 parts per million (ppm) gluten.
Gluten Free Brown Rice Fettuccine
Ingredients: Brown Rice, Rice Bran, Water.
The texture of Goldbaum’s brown rice pasta is wonderful. It holds up during and after cooking. I mixed it with pesto sauce and it all tasted amazing.
Gluten Free Ice Cream Cone Bowls THIS PRODUCT HAS SINCE BEEN DISCONTINUED.
Ingredients: Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Oil, Sugar Dietary Fibers, Emulsifier (Lecithin), Cocoa Powder, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Vanilin.
I was so excited when these arrived. I prefer to have ice cream in a bowl and these are an added bonus. The bowl tastes just like gluten ice cream cones, exactly!
Gluten Free Ice Cream Cones – Cocoa Flavor
Ingredients: Potato starch, sugar, tapioca starch, palm oil (gmo free), dietary fibers, emulsifier (lecithin), cocoa powder, salt, stabilizer (xanthan gum), natural vanilla.
My husband has always enjoyed Goldbaum’s ice cream cones, but these were extra special because they are chocolate flavored. He loves chocolate as do I. A matter of fact, I don’t usually care for cones, but love these! All of their sugar cones taste awesome!
Gluten-Free Flatbread Crisps – “Just Salt” Flavor
Ingredients: Corn Starch, Chickpea Flour, Vegetable Oil, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Sugar, Salt, Naturally Derived Xanthan Gum, Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate), Natural Citric Acid.
Their crackers all taste like they contain gluten flour. I have been baking gluten free many years and just cannot understand how they make them this well. What a challenge this would be! They don’t use any lecithin, other soy ingredients, or any chemicals. They’re simply amazing! I tasted their “Just Salt” and “French Onion”. Both are tasty without being super salty.
Crispy ‘N Crunchy Gluten-Free Chow Mein Noodles
Ingredients: Palm Kernel Vegetable Oil, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Pasteurized Egg White, Salt, Spices (Sweet Pepper).
Goldbaum’s Crispy ‘N Crunchy Chow Mein Noodles are just that, super crunchy. They never get soggy in soup as they make them extra firm. Super tasty!
Other Goldbaum Products
If you have a chance, visit the Goldbaum’s site to check out their gluten free products. Their Mini Croutons Soup Mandel tastes chessy, yet it doesn’t contain cheese.
