Would love to participate! I have been on a gluten free diet for five years however while going through a pain management program in Jacksonville, Fl. found out I was still getting some gluten through hidden sources. Been really checking out everything since. Been on a more reliable gluten free diet for two years now. It must take years to get your health issues back to normal after getting off gluten, if you can ever truly do that!??
