The owners of Sisters Three Gluten Free were generous in sponsoring this giveaway of their gluten-free white bread mix. It has the texture of any great homemade gluten-free white bread, which takes so much time to make! The texture is airy as you can see in the photo below and has a wonderful crust! You can use a non-dairy egg replacer to create a dairy-free version. All you do is add shortening, egg or egg replacer, apple cider vinegar and water; allow to rise and pop it in the oven! How easy is that?
The one thing I did different was add the yeast to the warm water and allow to sit and foam for about 5 minutes. In addition, I used a 9×4″ loaf pan.
Tapioca starch, rice flour, sugar, xanthan gum, and salt.

Marla,
No bread maker needed, just a loaf pan. Good luck!
I would love to win this giveaway because it is so hard to find a really good gluten free white bread. I love white bread and miss it. To make a turkey balony sandwich would be heavenly!!
I am now officially in love with my breadmaker. I'd like to find a mix that tastes as good as or BETTER than retaurant bread. I envy my husband and children when I see them buttering that Italian loaf. I always make the waitress take it away sooner rather than later :)
I have posted on other giveaways on your site.
I already "like" your FB page.
I would love to win this, because I am a seminary student and in search for a good communion bread to use during the Lord's Supper.
