People liken these gluten free cheddar garlic biscuits to the ones served at Red Lobster. You may make them using the drop method or cut them out. I already developed a Gluten Free Biscuits Recipe. However, I needed to test out my new Gluten Free Bisquick Recipe, which I have linked to below in the ingredients section.
I was very pleased the first time around. The only regret I had was that it could have used a bit more cheese, but I left the recipe as is. I’ll leave it up to you if you desire to add more. This recipe was adapted from Betty Crocker’s Gluten Free Cheddar Garlic Biscuit Recipe. I hope you enjoy both of these two new recipes as much as I have already.

These are the absolute best gf biscuits I have tried. I made some of the additions you were thinking of as well as some of my own. I added a quarter tsp. of garlic powder, 1/8 cup of butter , a quarter cup of cheese, and one very finely diced jalepeno. They were awesome had trouble saving some for my hubby until he got home and he is the gf one in the family :-) thanks for the recipe!
Can I use an egg sub for eggs in this? I'm not sure when I can an cannot use Eggbeaters.

Eggbeater isn't egg substitute. It is just another form of egg whites. I just wanted to clarify this as a mom of a child with severe egg allergy :)
