Enjoy Life Gluten Free Dairy Free Chocolate Review & Giveaway

Enjoy Life Foods offers many allergen-friendly products, but they are well known for their Gluten-Free Allergy-Friendly Baking Chocolate. They are the leading chocolate in their field because of their high-qualities for melting and flavor. I tested out the Mega Chunks in my newest recipe, Gluten Free Dairy Free Chocolate Cake. Certified Gluten Free

Great news! All Enjoy Life products are specially made to be gluten-free, so they are perfect for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. They’re made in a dedicated gluten-free bakery and certified gluten-free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO), meaning you can eat their food with confidence and know that you are eating gluten free. Look for the GF symbol on all their products which means they are certified to be free of gluten and under 10 ppm (parts per million) of gluten cross-contamination from gluten. The law is under 20 ppm.

About Enjoy Life Ingredients

Enjoy Life products contain nothing artificial.

Allergen-Friendly: All Enjoy Life foods are free of the eight most common allergens: Wheat, Dairy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Egg, Soy, Fish, and Shell Fish. Their products are also free of gluten, casein, potato, sesame and sulfites.

Chocolate Chips:

Gluten-Free Nut-Free

Enjoy Life chocolate chips are made in a dedicated gluten-free and nut-free facility.

Dairy and Soy Allergies

Their chocolate chips and morsels are dairy-free and soy-free. They are, however, produced in a facility that manufacturers dairy products, but are tested to be under 2.5 parts per million dairy to ensure safe products for those who are intolerant or allergic to dairy.

Corn Allergies

Corn is not used as a direct ingredient in any of their products. Additionally, when corn derivatives are used in their products, the corn proteins are removed in the processing.
