I made my gluten-eating father some pistachio cookies using Jules’ gluten free cookie mix and he enjoyed them. How Safe is gfJules Coookie Mix?

All gfJules products are certified gluten-free by Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO) and are tested to be under 10 parts per million (ppm) gluten. They are also made in a dedicated gluten-free and top eight allergen-free facility. In addition, they are free of the top eight allergens. The gfJules Original Cookie Mix is also non-GMO.
