I’ll be attempting to make this by hand as I don’t have a standing mixer .
I’d love to see a video of the step by step to see what each step looks like since I’m not familiar with recipes like this. I also wonder if I can just place in a cookie sheet, spaced out, or if I should invest in a baguette pan.

I have only made this recipe as explained. Most gluten free bread dough is too soft, as is this one, to space out on a baking sheet.
