Marion’s Smart Delights gluten-free mixes are manufactured in a dedicated GFCO/GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group of North America) certified gluten-free facility. In addition, it is an allergen-free (free of 8 allergens) and Kosher facility. Their products are certified gluten-free by GFCO (Gluten Free Certification Organization) which means they are tested for below 10ppm (parts per million) gluten. Each new batch is retested; and some batches are sent to the Nebraska Food Science lab to be 100% certain they are safe for you to consume.
