I can’t eat too much tapioca starch without my food allergies acting up, but I always make an exception for Absolutely! Gluten Free products. Their crackers are crisp, much like traditional crackers. They even look like wheat-based crackers because they brown during baking, a wonderful characteristic of tapioca, egg yolk, and honey.

Absolutely! Gluten Free Coconut Chews:
While they sent me the cranberry and chocolate nibs flavor chews to sample, they are also available in blueberry and key lime. They both remind me of another vegan product that I used to enjoy that became way overpriced. My husband and I both really love the cranberry. I don’t know how, but the cranberry flavor permeates throughout the coconut chew. The best part about these products, for me, is that they are made of sulfite-free coconut!!! Most coconut products are made with coconut processed with sulfites! (More on gluten-free ingredients containing sulfites in the near future.) Each chew is individually wrapped, making it easy to toss into a lunch bag, briefcase, pocket, purse, or desk drawer.
