Gluten Free Coleslaw - KFC Clone

For years I used to crave KFC's coleslaw. Now that us gluten free eaters can no longer eat at KFC, I thought you would appreciate my KFC clone dressing. McCormick spices are gluten-free. Be sure to avoid using mayonnaise jars that gluten-eaters may have used if you are gluten intolerant. Double dipping knives in jars can leave cross-contamination. They dip in the mayo jar, spread it on their bread, and then dip in the jar again. Meanwhile, enjoy this gluten free coleslaw recipe. My guests thoroughly enjoyed it on the 4th of July and asked to take the leftover home.

Fluffy Gluten Free Biscuits

These gluten free buttermilk biscuits turned out amazing! Recently I developed a recipe for a substitute for Gluten Free Bisquick. While everyone really enjoys the recipe and has been raving about it, I found it a little too starchy. So, I improved upon the blend while creating this new gluten free buttermilk biscuits recipe. I used cornstarch as a base instead of potato starch and later added some additional potato starch. I was able to enjoy these biscuits without adding butter, straight from the oven. I hope you enjoy them as much we did.

Allergen Free Dairy Free Gluten Free Mashed Potatoes

This gluten-free dairy-free mashed potatoes recipe is not only easy to make but is delicious; and is made completely allergen-free. They are made without dairy, casein, soy, nuts, or any of the eight major allergens. Instead of peeling the potatoes and cubing them, you boil them whole and the peel just slides off. The main thing is you don't have to sacrifice on taste. If you are not allergic or intolerant to any of these ingredients, feel free to use butter and cow's milk.
