These soft rolls remind me of Hawaiian rolls, but they aren't as sweet. A matter of fact, I want to experiment soon and use pineapple juice in replace of some of the water. Meanwhile, they make wonderful breakfast sandwiches, just like the famous breakfast sandwiches that Hyatt hotels make. Deeee-licious!

Gluten Free Breakfast Sandwich on a Homemade Potato Roll

My husband often stays at Hyatt hotels. He was recently raving about their Gallery Breakfast Sandwich which consists of a fried egg, bacon, and smoked gouda cheese on a potato roll, filled with gluten, of course. It looked delicious and I have been meaning to create a gluten free potato roll recipe for some time. I finally did! I converted a combination of this recipe from Taste of Home and King Arthur's Easy Potato Rolls Recipe to gluten free. They turned out delicious! I just ordered some gouda cheese so I can make them home and see what all of the fuss is about.
