Gluten Free White Cake

A gluten free white cake does not traditionally contain egg yolks. However, when egg yolks and buttermilk are combined, they create moisture you will not find in a traditional white cake. The old fashion "June Bride" doesn't exist anymore. Typically, wedding bells are heard from April through October. One of the trends is to serve gourmet cake pops instead of wedding cake. They also make an excellent grooms cake. I went to one wedding where they gave out mini-boxed groom cakes as an additional favor. You could do something like this with gluten free cake pops and decorate them more masculine if desired.
