Gluten Free Pork Tenderloin

Whether cooking for a small group or a large crowd, gluten free pork tenderloin is an easy, yet elegant main course. I chose to cook two pork tenderloins, one 2.75 pounds, and the other 2.65 pounds. A half pound per person is sufficient, and will most likely yield some left overs. This gluten free pork tenderloin recipe is no different than any other pork tenderloin recipe, other than gluten free starch was used to thicken the gravy. Tri-Tip Roast Recipe with Gluten Free Gravy

I made this tri-tip roast recipe with gluten-free gravy right before I left last week to take care of my father. Now that it’s fall, it’s time for some comfort food, and with Dad terminally ill, I surely needed the comfort. Plus, the tri-tip roast was on sale and I couldn’t pass up the bargain. I like roast because it lasts for more than one meal in our house since it’s just the two of us. And this left my hubby plenty of food in the freezer to tied him over while I was gone.
