This gluten free chicken recipe is extremely easy to make. You can add a splash of white wine or not. It is a gourmet quality dish that you can make in about 30 minutes, less if your onions are already chopped. I like to keep chopped onions and other vegetables that I use often on hand. You can freeze them or refrigerate them in canning jars. Meanwhile, this recipe is a delight. Enjoy Continue reading “Easy Gluten Free Chicken Recipe in Creamy Sauce”
Gluten Free Cream Puff Recipe: Rings with Caramel Whipped Cream – Paris-Brest
Pate choux in French is a dough made simply with eggs, flour, and sugar. In America, this dough is used for cream puffs. This particular gluten free cream puff recipe is shaped as rings instead of the typical puff and is filled with a caramel whipped cream. The real Fench name for this dessert is Paris Brest. They make a spectacular presentation. I added toasted almond slices to mine and a sprinkle of confectioners’ sugar. You can use regular whipped cream and add strawberry sauce, as I did in my original gluten free cream puff recipe (see below link). Enjoy! Flourless Gluten Free Chocolate Roll Cake – Roulade
I love the fact that this gluten free chocolate roll cake bakes so quickly compared to regular cakes. This recipe especially bakes fast because it does not contain flour. Instead, it contains mostly eggs and chocolate. I was so excited to give this a try I even purchased a jelly roll pan just to make this cake. The pan turned out to be perfect size for so many other things (small batch cookies, cinnamon rolls, sheet cakes, and baking rolls, to name a few.) Meanwhile, the cake turns out light, yet has a rich chocolate flavor. You have a choice of fillings and toppings, one of each may be made dairy-free. I hope you enjoy this recipe. It looks like a huge Hostess Ding Dong. Doesn’t it? You can make it taste it like one, too, if you use the fluffy white frosting as a filling. I prefer cream cheese frosting or whipped cream, though. Gluten Free Calzone Recipe
The trouble most people run into when developing a gluten free calzone recipe is the lack of starch in the flour blend. Though this one is high in starch, it surely makes it easy to fold and handle the dough. You can fill it with your desire fillings. I have included several suggestions below. Don’t overdo your carb consumption. Tapioca flour is loaded with carbs. Remember, everything in moderation. Enjoy! Continue reading “Gluten Free Calzone Recipe”
Soft and Chewy Gluten Free Pumpkin Cookies
I must admit, this gluten free pumpkin cookies recipe took 10 different batches to perfect. Now they are perfect! If you desire a crisp bottom, chewy outside, and a soft chewy inside, you bake them for 11 – 12 minutes. The longer you bake them, the crisper the bottom becomes. For a cookie that is soft all over, you bake them for 10 minutes. Soft and chewy was a request of a couple of my Facebook followers. These are very lightly pumpkin flavored. Join me on Facebook or Twitter and request which gluten free recipes you’d like me create. Continue reading “Soft and Chewy Gluten Free Pumpkin Cookies”
Gluten-Free Sugar-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Recipe
Sugar-free chocolate can be expensive, and if you have to find a safe gluten-free brand on top it, it can be even more difficult. With this gluten-free sugar-free chocolate recipe, you can make dark chocolate or chocolate ganache. If you are also on a dairy-free diet, you can still make both. For dairy-free ganache, instead of using heavy whipping cream, you use coconut milk. For the fat in this recipe, you have the option of using shortening (I use organic palm shortening) or coconut oil. Depending upon its use and your dietary needs will determine which ingredients you use. This recipe is low in carbs when not using cream. I hope you enjoy this recipe. It has many uses. You can even break it up to use as chocolate chips in your baked recipes.
