This gluten free gnocchi recipe is so easy! While visiting with one of my Dad’s Italian neighbors, I mentioned that I was on a gluten free diet. The woman told me that one of her close friends was also. She makes her some gluten free gnocchi once in awhile. I was going to the grocery store and asked the neighbor if there was anything she needed. She said that she wanted some rice flour to make some gluten free gnocchi. She called me to come over so that I can see how she makes it and shared her recipe with me. She froze some and sent me home with some. It freezes very well. She mentioned that gluten free gnocchi is more delicate than the gluten variety so when I tossed it with some pesto sauce I used a rubber spatula to prevent any breakage, though it really wasn’t a problem. Gluten Free Vanilla Pudding

You’re gluten free now, so you may be considering a healthier diet, meaning no more Jello pudding for you? Well, I believe you’ll appreciate this gluten free vanilla pudding recipe even more than the packaged brands. Plus, it is an easy recipe and can be served immediately, warm or refrigerated. The difference between this gluten free vanilla pudding recipe and my custard recipe is mainly that the creme brulee is made with whipping cream and this gluten free pudding is made with milk or milk substitute; is thickened with starch; and that the creme brulee is baked versus the pudding is boiled. Whole Grain Gluten Free Bagels

This is my second attempt at gluten free bagels. My first attempt was a huge flop. This one has the perfect texture! I used Pamela’s products bread mix ingredient list as a base, and just judged the amounts. I began with a 3 cup flour mixture, but ended up needing a little more starch, so added a bit of potato starch. My husband loved them, and he’s not gluten-free. Next time I make this I’ll work on adding more a shine to them, as they are a bit flat in that area. In addition, I will change the flours a bit, as they are just a little grainy, not much after they cool, though. I’ll give the superfine rice flours a try. Quite a bit of research went into creating this gluten-free zucchini bread recipe to get this recipe just right. Most gluten free quick bread recipes (breads using leavening agents to enable immediate baking, rather than allowing to rise), allow you to interchange the fruit vegetable or puree you use, except for zucchini bread recipes. Zucchini contains quite a bit of liquid. Therefore, you either need to lessen the other liquids in the recipe or squeeze out much of the liquid in the zucchini. Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe

I have been meaning to develop a gluten free banana bread recipe for some time now, but just could not decide whether I wanted to go for a heavier, super moist banana bread or closer to a cake-like texture. I opted for the heavy, moist one. The experimenter in me wanted to see what would happen if I added a 1/2 cup of milk (I used homemade almond milk) to what I was positive would make the perfect gluten free banana bread recipe. And boy, I am so glad that I did. It came out perfect! It tastes like real banana bread! Adding milk usually helps gluten-free baked goods, as it contains protein, but when I saw such a runny batter I became worried. No problems though. So happy, fulfilled and full! Enjoy! Chocolate Bowl Recipe (Gluten-Free) with Chocolate Mousse

I had ordered some chocolate dessert molds and some chocolate candy molds so that when I went to visit my grandkids we’d have something fun to do. I wanted to show the family that gluten free desserts can be delicious, too. We made chocolate bowls filled with mousse. The gluten free chocolate mousse was from a packaged that we doctored up. And we topped it all off with a chocolate candy. Yum! However, we used too large of a size mold, and it was just way too much chocolate for some of us. Though some of us die-hard chocolate lovers finished every bite. I suggest a little smaller size, though any size would make wonderful gluten free desserts. You can even fill them with fresh fruit. Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread

My husband requested that I make him a gluten free cinnamon raisin bread. Having already created a cranberry cinnamon raisin oat bread, I thought I would use a different flour this time. In an attempt to make a more economical bread, I used the typical starches and white and brown rice flours. I really like this bread knowing it is sweetened only with molasses, and includes a little flax seed meal, as well. This bread is soft, much like a gluten-free sandwich bread, however, if you wish a lighter gluten-free cinnamon raisin bread, I would suggest using more tapioca flour than potato flour. Stove Top Chili Fries Recipe: Spicy or Mild

I was thinking about whipping up some of my Indian fries with turmeric, but had decided to turn this into a gluten free chili fries recipe. You may add cheese or not, however, these are very tasty on their own. The mustard is the key, here. Any of the spices, other than chili powder, such as cumin and red peppers can go to the wayside if making this for children. Gluten Free Falafel with Cucumber Sauce

Falafel, which are popular in the Middle East, is now served all over the world as a replacement for meat, normally have a cake-like texture to them, similar to doughnuts.Ā The texture of this gluten free falafel is something you’ve probably never experienced before, but both my husband and I really enjoyed this. I normally would have cast this recipe aside because it is not the traditional texture inside, but we enjoyed it more than the usual. It has a creamy, almost bean-like texture inside and crispy on the outside. I added a few unusual ingredients, and I am really glad that I did. I hope you enjoy my new version of gluten-free falafel.
