This gluten free stuffing recipe is great for roasting a chicken, as I used it, or for a turkey. It contains apples and optional walnuts. I always suggest trying a new stuffing recipe with a chicken prior to using it in your Thanksgiving turkey. The amount I made below was stuffed inside a 5 pound organic chicken, free of antibiotics and hormones, and the rest baked in foil aside the roasting pan. Chocolate Almond Brittle – English Toffee (Gluten Free)
Whenever we have company my guests really seem to enjoy my Chocolate Almond Brittle, aka English Toffee. I have a lucite See’s Candy container where I store them and everyone believes them to be See’s Candies, and says they are delicious. I then explain it is not See’s but a homemade recipe.
