Gluten Free Kid-Friendly Meatloaf without Salt

Though I am allergic to ketchup, this is my husband’s favorite meatloaf recipe. And though my husband is not on a gluten-free diet, I make him this gluten-free meatloaf. It can be adjusted to meet your dietary needs. Egg replacer may be used instead of the egg; low-sodium ketchup; replace the ketchup with a natural sweetener such as homemade or store-bought plum sauce, etc. This is the only meatloaf my children would eat when they were young.
