This sauce is amazing! I made the dairy-free version the first time. I’ve also made the low-dairy Alfredo version. The full dairy version is just as heavenly. The best part about this recipe is that if you buy peeled garlic in bulk, as I do from Costco, you can learn how to roast it without making an aluminum foil packet. Aluminum easily seeps into food when it directly touches hot food. Enjoy this healthy, aluminum-free version! It’s so flavorful and great with roasted chicken.

Gluten Free Smoky Paprika Chicken & Creamy Sauce

Whether you make this dish dairy-free or not, it is a pleasant change compared to traditional dinner meals. The sauce is creamy with a flavor reminiscent of chicken cacciatore but with a few changes like using smoked paprika and omitting tomatoes. Gluten Free Chicken Bacon Quesadillas

When you’re looking for something different to make for dinner, make these delicious gluten free chicken and bacon quesadillas in the oven or on the stovetop. The bacon and added spices make a healthy substitute for chorizo (no red dye, soy, or unwanted pork parts). Use traditional bacon or turkey bacon, as long as the brand is gluten free. Use brown or white meat chicken. Add your favorite quesadilla toppings or eat plain and you’re good to go!
