  2. I want this because you are not supposed to be over 55 years old and find out you are sensitive to something you have been eating your whole life!!!

  3. My 15-year-old son was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and so we are struggling to learn how to cook GOOD GF foods. He has been bummed out about his diet/lifestyle restrictions and doesn’t much like to cook anymore. I LOVE GF CARLA’S recipes and resources! We need to learn some easy recipes, for his benefit for his whole life, and also to share with our friends- who have been very supportive and eating GF often as well :-)
    We have been through some traumas recently (home invasion, etc) and have had to move thru states- so we have not got much in our apartment besides clothing and whatever we could fit in our truck, which presents challenge when trying to cook without the equipment/tools that one needs. So this easy cook book would be great to use as we build our kitchen back up :-) *Thank you*

  17. i have Fibromyalgia and was recently told to try GF to help reduce Flare ups and reduce Pain levels.

  18. I was just recently diagnosed the autoimmune related to the Thymus and Colon. Further testing showed the root of the cause to be (hopefully) that I am gluten and soy intolerant. I am in the beginning stages of completely revamping my eating lifestyle and would love any additional support I can get.   28. I love, love, love sweets and treats. This is the hardest part of being gluten free. Since going gluten free 7 years ago I miss making easy desserts. Most recipes have so many ingredients and aren’t worth it in the end. I would love to try this cookbook!

  30. I’ve been gluten free since I was 16 years of age but I have never actually learned to bake. I kinda miss baking because I used to do it with my grandma all the time but now that shes getting up in age she can’t really bake much anymore. I would like this book so I can learn to do it myself

  31. I found out two years ago that I am gluten intolerant. I found out four years ago I was dairy intolerant. I have had to learn to cook, bake, and shop in a whole new way. This cookbook would really help me learn some things to make so I can expand my small list of things I can eat and learn how to make other things I can eat as well.

Since then, I have been trying to find ways to keep her as healthy and full of energy as possible. She is a smart, active girl and I want to make sure I do everything I can to help her manage her Hashimoto’s ( and associated digestive issues) so she can be a normal, happy kiddo. We have recently gone entirely gluten-free and as a mom who works two jobs and has two busy kids, I am really on the lookout for tried and true, gluten-free dishes I can serve my family!   35. I need some recipes for desserts to take to gatherings as people usually don’t make gluten free desserts. I have been gluten free for two years now and usually have to pass over the dessert table.
