I’m relatively new to Celiacs so I would really like to try new gluten free recipes!
I’d like to learn more gluten-free recipes.
I want this because you are not supposed to be over 55 years old and find out you are sensitive to something you have been eating your whole life!!!
My 15-year-old son was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and so we are struggling to learn how to cook GOOD GF foods. He has been bummed out about his diet/lifestyle restrictions and doesn’t much like to cook anymore. I LOVE GF CARLA’S recipes and resources! We need to learn some easy recipes, for his benefit for his whole life, and also to share with our friends- who have been very supportive and eating GF often as well :-)
We have been through some traumas recently (home invasion, etc) and have had to move thru states- so we have not got much in our apartment besides clothing and whatever we could fit in our truck, which presents challenge when trying to cook without the equipment/tools that one needs. So this easy cook book would be great to use as we build our kitchen back up :-) *Thank you*
New to this and need recipes! Thank you!
I’m new to gluten free and would love to try some delicious recipes with my family. Since going gluten free I’ve been able to reduce my lupus medication and feel beget than I have in years!

I grow up baking with my mom and have been with my daughter for ten years but since being diagnosed with celiac a year ago, baking is no fun – everything comes out heavy and hard. I need some help with GF baking.
Always looking for new things to bake that are GF & taste good!
I would love these recipes, as I miss baking and baked goods. It seems like I’m hungry all the time now! I broke down and ate a slice of bread yesterday and suffered bad, so I need all the help I can get! (and a new set of brains). Thanks for the site and recipes!

i have Fibromyalgia and was recently told to try GF to help reduce Flare ups and reduce Pain levels.
I was just recently diagnosed the autoimmune related to the Thymus and Colon. Further testing showed the root of the cause to be (hopefully) that I am gluten and soy intolerant. I am in the beginning stages of completely revamping my eating lifestyle and would love any additional support I can get. Since I especially enjoy baking I believe this cookbook will greatly help me!
I’m new to gluten free and I’m having a horrible time not having ANY baked goods! I’d LOVE TO WIN YOUR BOOK,
Just followed you on Pinterest!
Trying to adopt a GF lifestyle for the whole family as 1 of us has celiac disease and I am gluten intolerant. We miss dessert and this book would really help!
I’m trying to eat gluten-free to stay healthy.
I’d like to be entered in this contest because I love to cook & bake & am always looking for new recipes to try. Thank you!
I’d like to enter this giveaway because I am DF as well as GF and I really miss good soft desserts – not the rock-hard hockey puck types. It would be wonderful to have this exciting cookbook.
newbie doing gluten free due to diet restrictions, and all my cooking experiments are a flop so far! maybe a new cookbook could help?? I dont have any yet!!
The thought of desserts at 10 items or less is intriguing! Love simple recipes!
I’d like to enter this giveaway because my husband and I are GF and we both have sweet teeth! Besides, that chocolate cake on the front looks fantastic!
I always enjoy trying your recipes from the glutenfreerecipebox.com, Carla, and enjoy adapting them for my family’s other special dietary needs as well. The recipes in “Sweet and Simple Gluten Free Baking” would certainly be a good addition to my repertoire. Thanks so much for offering this giveaway for all of us Celiacs and other gluten intolerant ones.
All your recipes and blogs are fabulous.
thanks
I enjoy the recipes and insights I get from Carla. I’ve used her flour blend as well as experimented with all types of gluten-free flour blends. I can’t wait to see the recipes in Sweet and Simple!!
I have 16 year old daughter that is allergic to wheat and dairy. She has had allergies since birth. We are always looking for new ideas and recipes, since she is very picky it makes it very hard.

I love, love, love sweets and treats. This is the hardest part of being gluten free. Since going gluten free 7 years ago I miss making easy desserts. Most recipes have so many ingredients and aren’t worth it in the end. I would love to try this cookbook!
I have gone gluten free to lower my cholesterol and since my son and husband decided they didn’t want to do this anymore it has been left up to me to continue on my own. I would dearly love to have a recipe book of sweets that would not only make me happy but show my family that gluten free does have yummy edibles available to even the most finicky eaters. Oh please pick me :-) for one of the books.

Carla,
Ah, we have the same name!
What gave you the idea that a gluten-free diet would lower your cholesterol?
Carla
I’ve been gluten free since I was 16 years of age but I have never actually learned to bake. I kinda miss baking because I used to do it with my grandma all the time but now that shes getting up in age she can’t really bake much anymore. I would like this book so I can learn to do it myself

I found out two years ago that I am gluten intolerant. I found out four years ago I was dairy intolerant. I have had to learn to cook, bake, and shop in a whole new way. This cookbook would really help me learn some things to make so I can expand my small list of things I can eat and learn how to make other things I can eat as well.
I love gluten free recipes that don’t have a lot of exotic and difficult to find ingredients. We need more recipes like that. Anxious to see what Chrystal came up with.
Since I have found out I’m gluten intolerant, I need to learn how to cook & bake all over again. This recipe book would be a big help for me.
My beautiful, 11 year-old daughter Katelyn was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s a year and a half ago. Since then, I have been trying to find ways to keep her as healthy and full of energy as possible. She is a smart, active girl and I want to make sure I do everything I can to help her manage her Hashimoto’s ( and associated digestive issues) so she can be a normal, happy kiddo. We have recently gone entirely gluten-free and as a mom who works two jobs and has two busy kids, I am really on the lookout for tried and true, gluten-free dishes I can serve my family! This cookbook looks perfect! Thank you :)
I need some recipes for desserts to take to gatherings as people usually don’t make gluten free desserts. I have been gluten free for two years now and usually have to pass over the dessert table.
I wanted to try going Gluten Free to see if doing so would help to relieve some of the strange symptoms I had. The results were so dramatic I decided to make it a permanent lifestyle. Now I am learning to prepare food an entirely new way. I think that having your book in my little library would help me to relearn 40+ years of food preparation. I’m prepared to “Do what it takes.”
I am not a very good cook so I would love a simple cookbook that I could use for baking. I have been gluten-free for over a year now and there are lots of baked goodies that I miss eating.
I’m fairly new to the GF world and am still trying to adjust. I’m always on the look out for new recipes.
I love collecting recipes and since being diagnosed 4 years ago, have yet to find a cookbook with “Simple” recipes that taste good too!

I have never been a very good cook. The title ….& Simple… Caught my eye and gives me some hope.
I would love to have this cookbook because, I would want all the people that I cook for to be healthier and to live longer.
I’ve done a lot of reading and research about nutrition and Gluten free is the way to go.
Thank you for having this information free for us to use implement in our kitchens.
I am always looking for delicious gluten free desserts. I am also type 2 diabetic so any recipe can be adapted to suit my diet.
I am new to being Gluten Free and am having a hard time finding good recipes to make.
The word SIMPLE intrigues. Even though i’m a baker, GF free baking still frustrates me with all the ingredients.
I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 9 years ago. I absolutely love to bake particularly gluten free desserts and I am always looking for ideas and this cookbook would certainly help!
I’d love to win this giveaway as I am dating a woman who has fairly recently been diagnosed with celiacs, and I’d like to support her in living this lifestyle because of how I care about her!
Thanks!
I was diagnosed with celiac in 2003, since my oldest son has become type 1 diabetic and 3 grandkids have went gluten free due to various symptoms. I could use all the help I can receive PLUS I LOVE you recipes!
