  1. I have been gluten and dairy free just a few months and having a hard time with trying to master the art of mixing flours and learning the art of the right seasonings. Raised on a farm where fried chicken and corn bread was a big staple and that batter on that chicken was the cheapest all purpose gluten filled flour to feed 9 kids. No wonder I have no one left to teach me the proper way to cook and I cannot afford to waste food by experimenting. Having recipes to help would be a true blessing.

  2. Having all these recipes at my fingertips would be wonderful. And most especially from the great author of gluten free foods Carol Fenster. Her expertise would be truly appreciated. 0:)

  3. I would like to enter this giveaway because I have exhausted my supply of gluten free recipes. I would live to win the cookbook.

  4. I save every recipe of your that I see on Facebook. Would love to win your book.
    Sending a friend request

  5. I have gotten several of her recipes online sharing. Her recipients are amazing. Since being diagnosed with celiac 9 months ago, my dietary world has changed. Winning this would be of great help. Thanks

  6. I was just told by my doctor that I need to be on Gluten-Free Diet so I am very new to this. Your site seems to have a wealth of knowledge that I am just beginning to scratch the surface to learn so I’ve signed up for your newsletter and membership. This is why I would love to win your “1,000 Gluten Free Recipes”. I have purchased Gluten Free Breads and other foods and they are mostly less than satisfactory. I’ve used a couple of your recipes and found them to be tasty enough that my husband enjoys them and we can sit down together to the same good tasting food. Thanks for the opportunity to win this Recipe book. :-)

  7. Love your Gluten free recipes Carla. Thank you for your culinary inspiration. Even with sensitivity to Gliadin and other autoimmune issues I can eat well and healthy too and I share some of your GF recipes with my oldest daughter too. Would love to add this GF cookbook to my gluten free library.

  12. For starters, I love books, flipping the pages, looking at the photos, checking out the ingredients and level of difficulty. This motivates me to get up and start in the kitchen. I have celiac and during an allergy skin test, found I’m also allergic to wheat. I’m not a baker, but I do love to bake with the help of recipes. There are so many things I miss eating, being on a fixed income, purchasing gluten-free is expensive and of no nutritional value, and some things i just do not see in stores or online. Having the opportunity to bake the things I have gone without for so many years makes me feel so happy and my taste buds watering. I have made some gluten-free things, and my friends and family make all kinds of sounds and faces before even trying it. So now I do not even tell them, and they are just as happy to eat it as not knowing. So I like to prove a point, that things can taste good. I would love to win this cookbook and share recipes with others.

  72. I would love to try her book, I don’t have any of her’s yet but I hear raves about her recipes! would love to try them out.

  73. I would love to win this cook book because it can all really add up! From buying healthier gluten free organic ingredients to buying the books for recipes so your food doesn’t just turn out blah or bland. I have many allergies and gluten is on the top of that list and thanks to that, the whole family is trying to eat healthier but with 5 mouths to feed, 2 of which being growing boys, it all adds up and gets very expensive! Therefore winning this cookbook could help us out in the long run from saving a few bucks now to making us all healthier later on in life.

  74. I am interested in GF and GF cooking because I suffer from Rhuematoid Arthritis and Migraines. I have read a lot about the links between the two. I am hoping this will help with my over all feeling of well being.
    Thank you.

  75. I’d love to win simply because THAT many recipes would at least last a few ‘years’ to go through :)

  76. I just got diagnosed with hashimotos and am just starting on my gluten free journey. This would help a lot!

This dietary change has been absolutely awesome and I am so enjoying the pain free days I am experiencing recently without medication!! 87. I have the really bad kind of Rheumatoid Arthritis that likes to morph into really fun things like balloon knees and ankles, painful fingers and itchy as all get out rashes.
I’ve been trying GF eating for 3 months now and have lost 20 lbs. I have 40 more to go to get back to a human weight.
Medication does not help in trying to have a human form. Prednisone makes your face, belly and even the back of your neck fat! Really!
I’m hoping that getting off the Pred and hoping that my other meds work in the long run.
In the mean time, I’m always looking for the easiest recipes that won’t make me to tired to finish them and that will taste good.
Tried Paleo and it seems you can only eat one leaf of an endangered shrub in a tiny inch of Madagascar that is dying because nearly extinct lemurs are peeing on it?
Haven’t had a ton of luck there but your site is really looking like a go for me and I would LOVE a copy of your book!
Thank you, Carol for a little bit of hope.

  88. I could so use this recipe book!
