  1. Very best gluten free site around!! I really appreciate that you offer recipes free from various other allergens, too, as I have several, including tapioca. You have the most recipes that are tapioca free, thank you so much from a longtime & lifetime member!!

  2. I had not baked gluten free from scratch … ever … until I found Carla. Her recipes are fantastic. I especially love her carrot cake, banana bread, and german chocolate cake. I make them over and over to raves.

  3. WONDERFUL RECIPES Carla! I’ve been a baker all my life. I cook very plain, but can bake up a storm. I’ve been able to convert just about any of my old recipes to gluten free, but even so….I continue to look into the recipes you offer because they are GREAT.

  4. I have an Amazon U.S. account and fail to understand why this contest is limited to the US members. I can appreciate if it were a physical prize requiring shipping costs etc. then perhaps that is understandable however a gift card can be given electronically and eliminates any problem. I have been a loyal member for years and wonder why these giveaways are always locked out to those of us who live in Canada. It would seem to me that these giveaways and specials which occur from time to time should apply to all paying members.

  7. I love receiving Carla’s recipes as my eldest daughter loves cooking/baking with my youngest. They try out some of them for me as I’m the one in in the house who is gluten free.

  9. I’m so grateful there’s still “good” food that is GF. Carla has an amazing Repertoire of delicious, fairly easy and generally great tasting dishes that have given me hope.
    I’ve mostly made the desserts because that’s what I miss the most. Also, the breads are impressive and satisfy my “chew” need.
