  2. I love receiving Carla’s recipes as my eldest daughter loves cooking/baking with my youngest. They try out some of them for me as I’m the one in in the house who is gluten free.

  3. I’m so grateful there’s still “good” food that is GF. Carla has an amazing Repertoire of delicious, fairly easy and generally great tasting dishes that have given me hope.
    I’ve mostly made the desserts because that’s what I miss the most. Also, the breads are impressive and satisfy my “chew” need.
