This gluten free peach crisp is awesome! It calls for plenty of butter in order to make the topping nice and crispy. If you are wondering what the difference between a cobbler and a crisp is, a cobbler is made with a dough batter, similar to biscuit dough. A crisp is usually made with flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. A crisp has a crumbly topping. Cobbler got its name because the biscuit dough is usually dropped in pieces, creating a cobblestone affect. Meanwhile, enjoy this gluten free peach crisp. I am honored to present this gluten free cracker recipe that I developed for WholeVine. They offer grapeskin and grapeseed flour made from wine grape remnants as well as gluten free cookies. A couple of months ago I surveyed my Facebook followers for their favorite wine, and Riesling was the winner. So, I used Riesling grapeseed flour in this gluten free cracker recipe. However, they offer several other varieties, including grapeseed flour. Just be sure not to use grapeseed flour in this recipe as additional liquid ingredient would be required. I have had several requests for healthy gluten free recipes. With summertime here, I thought those of you with children would appreciate some ideas for healthy gluten free snacks.  I remember when I first began my gluten free diet in 2005, I tried a rice cake, and could barely finish it. It was so dry and tasteless. I resorted to snacking on watermelon instead. Things have changed, but I have learned different ways to consume rice cakes. Gluten Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

While there are brands of gluten free cream of mushroom soup, making a batch of homemade soup is always preferred. It contains more flavor and is healthier as you can control the amount of cream, sodium, etc. This soup may be made using chicken broth or mushroom broth made by soaking dried mushrooms in water (see Tips section). Gluten Free Shortbread Cookies Neapolitan-Style

Since it is summertime and the kids are on vacation, I though you’d appreciate colorful gluten free shortbread cookies. They are flavored in vanilla, almond, and chocolate, but you can choose other flavors and colors if you desire. Neapolitan is an Italian favorite, just like the ice cream. Gluten Free Chinese Food at Home: Moo Shu Beef Recipe

I originally went gluten free in 2005. I have long since given up on eating out at Chinese restaurants other than PF Chang’s. They serve sumptuous gluten free Chinese food, but most dishes are extremely high in calories. So, I often make my Chinese food at home instead. Moo shu is usually served with pork; however, I used beef in this recipe. You may serve it over rice or make it low-carb by serving it over sauteed vegetables. You can even use it to stuff a gluten free tortilla or pita pocket. Made with top sirloin, it is exceptionally tender and delicious.

Crepes are a thin, moist pancake, and usually richer due to added butter. However, this gluten free crepes recipe may be made with healthier by using margarine, dairy free spread, and dairy free milk, if desired. I have been wanting to develop a gluten free chicken korma recipe for quite some time, now. It is my favorite Indian dish next to butter chicken. Chicken korma is a spicy Indian dish using turmeric or curry plus other spices. Along with cream, it creates a rich, flavorful dish. You can adjust the heat in this gluten free chicken korma by reducing the cayenne pepper, ginger, and coriander, if necessary. It is of medium heat for an Indian dish, though if not accustomed to Indian food, you may think it is hot. Indian food contains many anti-inflammatory spices, making it a smart choice for an entree.
