With my food allergies, tomatoes or salsa is a big no-no! I always make this tomato free gluten free guacamole when I make Mexican food or just want a creamy dip for tortilla chips. You don’t have to make this recipe without tomatoes, though. You can easily replace the chipotle sauce with a little salsa, and it’s just as easily made. Don’t know what to do with over-ripened bananas? Make fried bananas! Fry them up in about 5 minutes and top them your favorite topping or the buttery sweet sauce straight from the pan. It’s truly an easy gluten free dessert recipe you cannot go wrong with. It’s a non-alcoholic version of bananas foster. Next time I make this recipe I’d like to try dredging the cut side of the bananas in almond flour before frying. That just sounds perfect to me. Wish I would have thought about it sooner. Enjoy! Coconut Whipped Cream – Dairy Free

Gluten Free Cake with Dairy Free Whipped Cream

This is a wonderful addition to your gluten free desserts! I found a few recipes online for coconut whipped cream, but I could tell that none of them would do the trick. One had it right, though, in using just the cream of a can of coconut milk. Yet it called for regular sugar, versus powdered. If you’re vegan, or prefer not use highly processed powdered sugar, you may consider using powdered evaporated cane sugar. As of last fall, I purchased some at Trader Joe’s. Whipped cream is naturally gluten free, and once you’ve made homemade whipped cream you’ll never go back to can whipped cream again. If you prefer not to have that greasy texture, then this gluten free recipe is for you. Of course, you may use Cool Wwhip, as it is gluten free. However, you may wish to avoid corn syrup, as this is an ingredient in cool whip. I’ve been making homemade whipped cream for quite awhile, now. It is something I have always preferred. Gluten Free Chocolate Ganache & Dark or White with Dairy-Free Options

On a gluten free diet or any diet for that matter, there’s nothing more decadent than gluten free ganache! Fortunately, it is naturally gluten-free, as long as you use gluten free chocolate. It is made from chocolate, whipping cream, and vanilla. You may use ganache on any of your gluten free dessert recipes, or prior to cooling, while it is still thin, (or you may thin it out with additional whipping cream use it as a sauce for plating purposes. It makes a heavenly glaze for cakes, brownies, ice cream, donuts, and more, or allow it to harden some and use it as a frosting. Delicious Gluten Free Chinese BBQ Pork (Soy Free and Tomato Free)

Chinese BBQ Pork

This Chinese BBQ pork recipe may be made soy free when using my soy free barbecue sauce recipe which calls for my soy free soy sauce recipe; or with the use of any gluten free soy sauce or barbecue sauce. Traditionally, Chinese BBQ pork does not call for tomatoes or ketchup, though some use it. This recipe is tomato free. And if you’re not on a gluten free diet, of course, you may use any brands you desire. This recipe calls for a slow cooker (crockpot), and may be followed by broiling the meat, which is optional. As you can see in the photo that it is sticky, and you may make it crisp on the outside, if you wish. No matter how you prepare it, in the end, it is flavorful, inside and out. Chinese Soy Free Gluten Free Barbecue Sauce Marinade

Gluten Free Soy Free Chinese Barbecue Sauce

It took a bit of research to create this Asian gluten free barbecue sauce. Traditionally, an Asian barbecue sauce recipe will call for hoisin sauce, which is made up partly of soy beans and soy sauce, which usually is not gluten free, and certainly not soy free. Wanting one that is soy free is what brought me to create a portion of this recipe. The main reason is that I am developing a gluten free egg rolls recipe, and needed to get all my ducks in a row. I planned on using barbecued pork as one of the ingredients but wanted more of an authentic Asian gluten free barbecue sauce. Due to my allergies, it is taking a couple of gluten free recipes just to get started on the egg rolls, but if you’re not a soy-free dieter you may use store-bought items to make it easier. And I discovered that tomato or ketchup is not a traditional ingredient though you may find it used in some recipes. Stay tuned in for more on the egg rolls soon, if all turns out well. But definitely watch for my Chinese barbecue pork recipe. For now, I hope you enjoy this Chinese soy free gluten free barbecue sauce. Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese with Chicken and Broccoli

I had plans on making gluten free macaroni and cheese and then had the idea that adding some broccoli would be a great combo. Then I got carried away and decided to through the some chicken breast fillets in at the bottom of the baking dish. It made the chicken very moist, and delicious. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
