Gluten Free Coffee Semifreddo
Ice cream makers are perfect for making semifreddos, a semi-frozen dessert. Coffee semifreddo is a dessert I enjoy serving dinner guests for a little pick-me-up/caffeine boost, thought it is lightly flavored. You can make the pudding in advance and keep refrigerated. Then about 20 minutes prior to serving, freeze it up in your ice cream maker and fold in the whipped cream. Those who do not make homemade desserts are usually fascinated with the process and thoroughly enjoy this light treat. You can vary the recipe by adding various mix-ins. Gluten Free Slider Buns & Better-Than-Secret-Sauce
These buns are “better than gluten hamburger buns!” as one veteran gluten-free dieter described them, and she made them dairy-free using ingredients from the substitutes page. Add your favorite burger and the better-than-secret-sauce, and you’re ready to rock-n-roll.
Whether you are searching for a gluten free slider buns recipe or dinner rolls, the recipe will please everyone. They look like biscuits but have the texture of rolls with eggs (like those gluten ones you used to purchase). If you freeze them and then reheat in the microwave on “reheat” or medium, they will texture up closer to bread, just perfect! Continue reading “Gluten Free Slider Buns & Better-Than-Secret-Sauce”
Easy Stovetop Gluten Free Chicken Braciole
Braciole is a dish popular in Southern Italy such as Sicily. It is either spelled braciole or braciola. Most Italians use beef; however, when using chicken, it is pounded and stuffed with your favorite ingredients. In this case, I used prosciutto, spinach, and Mozarella cheese. You can use Mozarella or Parmesan. Whatever you used as a stuffing, I hope you and your guests enjoy it. Continue reading “Easy Stovetop Gluten Free Chicken Braciole”
