  75. I went gluten almost two years ago in advance of my spring allergy season. I suffer so severely from oral allergy syndrome due to grasses. I almost go insane with itchy ears and itchy throat. I live on anti-histamines, supplemented by more anti-histamines. My oral allergy syndrome plummeted and my use of medications decreased my 80%. It was phenomenal. Almost two years later and I adhere to gluten-free.

  117. I have recently discovered Jovial gluten free pasta, following a recommendation from the America’s Test Kitchen’s book “:How Can It Be Gluten Free”. They have a product testing section in which they rate gluten free products. Since their recipes are exceptional in taste, I tried the jovial pasta and found it to be everything the recommendation said in terms of quality and taste. This is why I’m entering this contest.

Hi , I been to looking for gluten,dairy,egg,cheese,meat free recipes.Try recipes on other site either they are spicy,dry and over all not eatable.I haven’t found the site cakes are moist ,bread that I can make in my bread machine,that is not dry,thin. we just want to find recipes that are good (very good would be better ) so we can enjoy eating healthy . Its hard to change eating habits ( especially when your Doctors tell you need to)when you have to eat the same thing over and over again when you find a recipes that is ok . if any one can help We would really appreciate it very much ( my husband with heart problems, and I also with health issue) . It has been a learning experience and very eye opening for me. I live in an area where finding gluten free foods is a small choice. If I want more I have to drive 45 minutes to stores that carry several aisles of gluten free products as opposed to one corner area of an aisle. I don’t have a lot of options and shopping can take me almost 2 hours because I have to read labels and even Google items.   306. I would like to enter because I recently tried my first Jovial product, the Vanilla Cream Chocolate Cookies, and I loved it. I’ve had my eye on the Brown Rice Tagliatelle, since I haven’t had egg pasta in many years. Winning this would be a great way to sample a variety of other Jovial products as well. :)

  334. Feeding teenagers is expensive, especially when they must eat Gluten-free! I do not have the resources to get my son through with much more than the basics, and many of the random things we have got he doesn’t really like. This basket would give him a nice selection and give him some things to take to school with him to eat (he’s not a big fan of the gluten-free school selection- consisting of the same thing daily… a vaccuum sealed piece of turkey meat and a piece of cheese “that are nasty tasting”!). We would be sincerely grateful to win this basket.

  345. Jovial tagliatelle is by far one of the best gluten free pastas out there. We serve it with a homemade lemon creme sauce to duplicate our favorite pasta dish from our honeymoon in Italy. Their products are hard to find, so I would love to sample more of them.

  380. Jovial is not always easiest to find up here although when I visit down in Oregon I pick up some items to bring home. My husband just brought me some from Seattle on his last trip. would love to win since I can’t get the products readily up here and trips to the lower 48’s are rare. thanks.

I currently get your spaghetti at publix in florida but I haven’t tried the others could use this basket I am definitely a consumer :) If I like I will continue to buy.
