Pasta Prima [Now Three Bridges] Gluten Free Ravioli Review and Giveaway

If you subscribe to my newsletter then you’ve already heard about some Costco’s are now carrying Pasta Prima’s GFrecipebox. (Depending upon which state you live in depends which stores carry them, but they are in many different chains now. See their website at the link above.) Well, Pasta Prima sent me some to sample and I discovered that my local Raley’s grocery store carries them, too. I am so excited because they are delicious!

While I do not usually consume much corn, I will definitely make an exception here and there, because I absolutely love their Butternut Squash Ravioli! Oh my! The day the ravioli was delivered to me is when I decided to spend a long visit with my ill father. I grabbed my ice chest and packed up as much gluten-free food as I possibly could, and the ravioli were on the top of my list.

Though they come in Five Cheese and Butternut Squash, my father chose to have the butternut squash gluten-free ravioli and he agrees that they are de-licious! He wasn’t even aware that they were gluten-free. When my sister came over for a visit, also a gluten eater, I had her taste the butternut squash one and she agrees that these gluten-free ravioli are wonderful!

If you’re a fan of ricotta cheese you’ll love the Five Cheese Gluten-Free Ravioli, too! It’s rich and creamy.

Their gluten-free ravioli is not produced in a gluten free facility, however, they do test for gluten under 5 ppm (parts per million).

Though they are bit firmer than regular ravioli, the fillings make up for it. There isn’t that much of a difference, besides the yellow corn color.

Pasta Prima’s gluten-free ravioli is not produced in a gluten-free facility, however, they do a thorough clean up after each run and test their ravioli for under 10 ppm (parts per million) gluten. The FDA’s proposed amount is 20 ppm and GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group of North America) certifies for any product under 10 ppm.

Pasta Prima has so generously offered to sponsor a giveaway of their gluten-free ravioli. It will be delivered to your door in box sealed with the appropriate cooling measures.

  1. I’d like to be included in this giveaway because my husband is now on a gluten free diet. There is not much packaged food locally available. Thanks.

  2. Would love to win this contest. My nephew and I are gluten free and this would be a great take for the next family gathering.

  4. Oh my. I’ve been looking for gluten-free ravioli for 5 years. Seriously. Ravioli was one of my favorite foods before I went gluten-free. So I would LOVE to try this, and that is why I want to be entered.

  5. I have already been following you on facebook and I am so excited about these ravioli!!!!! I would love this package – thanks! Valerie

  6. I am submitting this for my wife whom has Celiac Disease. At times it is difficult to find good tasting gluten free food. We have resorted to mostly cooking everything. This would a pleasant surprise! Thank you!

  7. I’m really excited about these ravioli! I’m not a Costco member, but I will try to find them anyway… I would love to try the five-cheese ravioli; I’ve been missing ravioli since I stopped eating gluten.

  8. Oh, these look delicious! I would love to win this giveaway, because I have never seen fresh GF pasta in my area. I am hoping so badly that the butternut squash doesn’t have milk in it, but if it did I would just have to share with my gluten-free ( but lactose-able) neighbor. A delightful surprise that would be for her, after living off college cafeteria food :)

  9. I’d love to win! Celiac is prevalent in my family, and at home I can eat GF without problems… but I’ve moved four hours away for grad school, and I’m struggling with no transportation and no access to GF groceries. I’ve looked everywhere I’ve gone for Pasta Prima and not had any success finding them!

  10. I would like to enter the contest for the Pasta Prima Gluten-Free Ravioli and bowl.
The ravioli sounds good, I would love for my family and I to try it. And I would love that bowl.

  11. Pasta Prima gluten-free ravioli this is something I am going to have to try. I haven’t been eating pasta very often, because I just can’t seem to adjust to any gluten free versions…maybe this one would work..winning it would be a great way to check it out.. :)
