A decadent chocolate mousse fills a crunchy chocolate crust, topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream and chunks of crunchy cookies. Make the crust in advance so you can breeze through making the filling and topping the following day. My gluten-eating neighbors went crazy over this pie! Five-Star Gluten Free Chocolate Mousse
This makes the richest and most decadent chocolate mousse you’ll ever have. It reminds me of what five-star restaurants serve. Don’t skimp on perfection. Use high-quality chocolate. Serve alone, top with whipped cream, or use as a filling for my upcoming Crunchy Gluten Free Chocolate Mousse Pie recipe. Continue reading “Five-Star Gluten Free Chocolate Mousse”
Copycat Betty Crocker® Gluten Free Devil’s Food Cake Mix
Moist devil’s food cake is one of those desserts that you say you’re just going to have one bite, but you end up finishing the entire piece. This cake is no different, even when made dairy-free. It was rated highly by my recipe testers for my upcoming cookbook, “Carla’s Best 125 Gluten Free Recipes“. See the Tips section for a chocolate version.

Gluten Free Sacher Torte (Sachertorte) – Rich Chocolate Cake
I used to see the word “Sacher” written so elegantly on tops of small chocolate cakes and wondered what it was made of. I grew up and got married and took my husband’s name, Spacher. I always wanted to buy a sacher just so it looked like our last name. I finally did and fell in love with them! Continue reading “Gluten Free Sacher Torte (Sachertorte) – Rich Chocolate Cake”
Gluten Free Chocolate Turtles
I love chocolate turtles! I haven’t had one since about 1999. Making these homemade turtles were fun, as this was the first time I made them. There are plenty of different ways to make them. You can use chopped pecans, pecan halves, as well as whole pecans. I used roasted coffee beans for the heads, but you can use pecans. Meanwhile, enjoy these luscious candies or give them as gifts. Gluten Free Eggnog Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake
I love my Eggnog Cheesecake recipe because you can do so much with it. Adding a chocolate cookie crust and chopped chocolate cookies and topping it with ganache, gives it an entire new look and flavor. The cheesecake itself doesn’t taste like eggnog, but it’s a wonderful way to use the little you have left. Enjoy! Continue reading “Gluten Free Eggnog Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake”
Gluten Free Chocolate Biscotti
I love these gluten free biscotti because they are moist. You can also make them dryer, if that is what you prefer. I’ve including baking instructions for both. However, they are not so dry that you have to have something to drink nearby. I like my biscotti closer to shortbread cookies, with just a little less butter. I think you’ll fall in love with these biscotti. Please leave me feedback once you’ve made them in a below comment. Enjoy! Continue reading “Gluten Free Chocolate Biscotti”
Gluten Free Cream Cheese Brownies
I made this back in February when it was National Cream Cheese Brownie Day. I’m not making this up. Seriously! Such a day exists. However, I don’t need an excuse to combine two of my favorite foods, cream cheese and chocolate. Have the best of both worlds, gluten-free brownies with a simple cream cheese topping and swirls of chocolate on top. Continue reading “Gluten Free Cream Cheese Brownies”
Chewy Gluten Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
I love chewy cookies. So, that’s the way I decided to make these gluten free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Yum! I add chopped walnuts, but you can omit them, if desired. A matter of fact, you can even omit the chocolate chips, if preferred. You can add raisins, dried cranberries, or even dried blueberries. Make them your way!
