Gluten-free Giveaway and Review: Beanitos Chips!

Beanitos is sponsoring this wonderful gluten-free giveaway!  Beanitos gluten-free chips are wonderful, too! If you have digestive issues there is no concern because Beanitos figured out a way of avoiding the normal gas one may get from consuming the beans in their chips. They do, however, warn us not to overeat them, as they do contain quite a bit of fiber, which can cause GI trouble.

They come in four flavors: Cheddar, Chipotle Barbecue, Pinto Bean and Flax, and Black Bean. They are all gluten-free, corn-free, high fiber, and contain 2 1/2 times the protein compared to corn or potato chips. In addition, their protein is a “complete protein” meaning it supplies your body with essential amino acids.

All Beanitos chips are gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free and GMO-free. They contain over 600mg essential omega 3, certified low glycemic, high fiber, 4 grams complete protein, trans fat-free, cholesterol-free and kosher.

Allergy Information: Made in a facility that may also use soy, dairy, seeds, wheat, corn and tree nut.

Gluten-free Giveaway and Review: Mediterranean Snack Foods Lentil Chips

Mediterranean Snack Food Company Baked Lentil Chips

What can I say in a review about Mediterranean Snack Food Company’s Baked Lentil Chips? – not much, accept they are gluten-free and I am addicted to the Sea Salt Cracked Pepper! Perhaps it’s the spiciness of this chip which causes me to not stop eating them. Not all flavors are spicy, though.  Thank goodness they only sent me one bag of the Cracked Pepper! The scale would tell on me! However, they are baked, not fried, with only 110 calories for 22 chips and the chips are pretty thick, like corn chips! So, enjoy! Gluten-free Giveaway and Review: Tasty Bite Indian Food

Ah, it’s time for another gluten-free giveaway and review!  There are usually at least 2 running at the same time lately. THIS GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED.

Tasty Bite sent me a few of their gluten-free products. Tasty Bite made the 2009 list of best companies to work for in India!  Their manufacturing facility is the largest and highest quality of its kind in India and is located in one of India’s richest agricultural regions.  Their focus is on quality.  They are up on the latest manufacturing technology as you would find in high quality U.S. facilities.  They are even audited by the FDA.

Their products are pre-cooked and cased in a pouch which only takes 90 seconds to reheat in the microwave, making it very convenient.  Yet the products taste as though you just cooked them yourself, though they stay fresh for 18 months!
