Shabtai Gourmet Gluten-free Rainbow Cookie Squres

One of my faves, is the Gluten Free Rainbow Cookie Squares, which are actually miniature slices of cake in 4 layered colors.  It contains almonds, but it has a strong almond extract flavor to me.  So delish!  Though they do contain artificial color, they are well worth it, on occasions.

Ingredients: Sugar. Partially hydrogenated palm oil, apricot kernel, almond, cocoa, potato starch, raspberries, pectin, natural flavor, artificial color (FD&C SDC Yellow #5, Red #3, Blue #1), salt CONTAINS NUTS & EGGS

Shabtai Gourmet Gluten-free Florentine Lace Cookie

However, my all time fave, which I nearly ate the entire box, is their Gluten Free Florentine Lace Cookie.  Oh my!  It’s close to the almond roca-like candy I make from scratch.  Oh so good!

Ingredients: organic evaporated cane juice, walnuts, organic non hydrogenated palm fruit shortening, cocoa, potato starch, water, tapioca glucose, chocolate liquor, cinnamon, salt CONTAINS: NUTS

Shabtai Gourmet Gluten-free Ring Tin Cupcakes

If you or your child is missing Hostess ho-ho’s or ding-dongs (brings back good childhood memories) than you’ll want to try their Gluten Free Ring Ting Cupcakes.

Ingredients: whole eggs, sugar, potato starch, organic palm fruit shortening, cocoa, cottonseed oil, tapioca starch, all natural vanilla extract, cocoa butter, salt CONTAINS:EGGS

Shabtai Gourmet Gluten-free Apricot Roll

My husband, who love jelly doughnuts and pastries, really enjoyed their Gluten Free Apricot Roll! – very moist and very sweet!

Ingredients: Whole eggs, sugar, potato starch, egg white, egg yolk, apricot, cottonseed oil, coconut, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor emulsion, salt.

Shabtai Gourmet Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

I enjoyed the chocolate chips in their Chocolate Chip Cookies, too! – excellent chocolate!

Ingredients: potato starch, organic evaporated cane juice, organic non hydrogenated palm fruit shortening, whole eggs, tapioca starch, apricot kernel, almond, cashew chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, cinnamon, salt CONTAINS:EGGS, NUTS

  9. I would love to win this giveaway. My 10 yr old daughter has Celiac Disease and over the Valentine’s Day holiday her classmates had parties with lots of Hostess Cupcakes, my little girl felt so left out. I make her homemade cupcakes but as she tells me “They’re great Mom, but I still feel so different.” Seeing the Ring Ting cakes is like a ray of sunshine. My little girl wouldn’t be left out on the sidelines when all her classmates have their monthly Hostess party!! She could finally feel like she was part of the crowd again.

  10. I have always wanted to try their products because I have heard amazing things about them. Plus I would love to take them to my “gluten” eaters friends and show them gluten free is not bad! :)

  11. I would love to win this because as a celiac sometimes its so hard watching everyone eat desserts around you, and home made desserts don’t always travel well. I love chocolate, and I love cookies, so this is a great thing to try!

  16. My son would go crazy to have some of this stuff! He sees other kids eating ho hos and stuff he can’t have at lunch. He has been gluten and dairy free for 10 years.

  17. I am desperate to find a g-free cake that tastes as good as, I hate to admit it, those boxed mixes. When I saw the picture of the g-free 7 layer cake I almost ate my blackberry!

  18. O my goodness! What a find! I would love to win this … find gluten free, dairy free deserts isn’t easy – and getting soy free too is nearly a miracle. I’d love to be able to share this with my whole family (there are lots of allergies)!
