I made this gluten free chicken casserole in an attempt to replace a similar recipe I used to make using Campbell’s Soup Golden Mushroom Soup. I am allergic to tomatoes now, and cannot use the soup for that reason as well as its gluten content. I hope you enjoy this recipe. I enjoy its flavor and because it is almost a one-dish recipe. (You still have to saute the onions in a separate pan.) Bon appetite!
UPDATE: I now use 1-1/2 cups of the below recipe for Golden Mushroom Soup for this recipe, (minus the mushrooms or not) in place of the water, milk, and packaged soup.
Each year when I go the Expo West trade show in Anaheim, I am honored with a package of a Tasty Bite product. This year they repeated my favorite product, Asian Vegetable Rice. I haven’t looked for it yet in my local store, but I was desperately craving some. So, I created this copycat Asian brown rice recipe. There’s contain white rice, I believe. Therefore, this recipe contain more fiber, can be made sugar-free and dairy-free, and provides you with plenty substitution choices. Make it spicy or mild. While the ingredients of Tasty Bite Asian Vegetable Rice is slightly different, this recipe is extremely delicious. You can turn it into a casserole by simply adding your favorite protein. I used cooked, cubed chicken breast. Enjoy! Continue reading “Creamy Asian Brown Rice Recipe (Naturally Gluten Free)”
