It tastes wonderful as it is full of flavor! Serve as a dip, to make bruschetta (toasted sliced baguettes), spread for crackers, or as a sauce for pasta. I have fried gluten free chicken a number of different ways, using a number of different flours. This is the crispiest that I have achieved thus far. All-purpose gluten-free flour creates a bit of doughy breading. Though crispy, cornstarch is just too thin to appreciate. This recipe for crispy gluten free fried chicken is a sure crowd pleaser.
