Gluten Free French Fried Onions for

While I already have a Gluten Free Onion Ring Recipe on this site, this recipe is used with my Green Bean Casserole Recipe. There isn’t much difference between the two, other than the spices. You can even skip the onions altogether and add additional onion powder to the batter. Then add the batter to a squeezable, plastic mustard container or pastry bag fitted with a small tip and squeeze little strips into the hot oil and fry until crunchy. Either way, they’re so good! Gluten Free Fudge Cake with Cheesecake Filling

Gluten Free Double Fudge Cake with Cheesecake Filling

I was digging through my late mother’s old recipes and stumbled across a cake she had never made, at least not while us kids were still at home. Soft Gluten Free Buttermilk Dinner Rolls

Soft Gluten Free Buttermilk Dinner Rolls

Carob, Chocolate or Chocolate Chip Gluten Free Oat Crepes

Gluten Free Oat Crepes with Chocolate or Chocolate Chips

These crepes are simply amazing! I enjoyed making these gluten free oat crepes by halving the recipe and adding finely chopped carob chips (you can use any gluten free chocolate or chips) to part of the batter. To the other portion of the batter I added 3/8 to 1/2 cup of homemade ganache. Then I used the remaining ganache to spread on some of the crepes, along with peanut butter and sliced strawberries. To die for! What makes these crepes a healthy choice is that they are made without the use of high-carb white starch or gums. All you need is gluten free oat flour or ground oats. Enjoy.
