This gluten free boule has taken me four attempts to create. It is very tasty, has a hard, crunchy crust, and a wonderful texture. During my previous experiment, I only used 1/2 teaspoon of yeast and allowed the dough to rest for about 18 hours. It gave it a bit of sourdough flavor. You can experiment with this yourself. Thin Soft Gluten Free Wraps

These gluten free wraps are soft and pliable, and that’s not all. They are packed with protein. They fall somewhere between a tortilla and a crepe. Don’t allow the fava bean flour to scare you off, if you have tried other bean flours and they were bitter. Fava bean is very mild and not bitter at all. Combining beans with eggs boosts the nutrient values in the beans as eggs are a complete protein (contains all essential amino acids). This recipe is gum-free and grain-free. Lower-Fat Gluten Free Coleslaw

Whether you are having a barbecue, a picnic, or just eating in, this gluten free coleslaw recipe will fit the menu well. It is lower in fat than most coleslaw recipes as I use a bit of fat-free/non-fat Greek yogurt to substitute some of the mayonnaise. It’s very easy to do and takes very little time. You can toast any seeds, but hemp seeds in particular need to be toasted, as they are hard seeds. Cake flour is used in angel food cakes because it contains low protein, which means less gluten. This makes baking a gluten free angel food cake ideal! Because cake flour is a finer texture than regular wheat flour, it is extremely important that you use a superfine gluten free flour for this recipe. I used my Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour Blend, which is made up of superfine white rice flour. You’ll find the link below. I use it in most of my baking recipes. However, I did not use my Gluten Free Cake Flour Blend recipe in this cake, as it contains leaveners such as baking soda and baking powder, which you do not want to add to an angel food cake. Angel food cake uses egg whites as the leavener, and a bit of cream of tartar to stabilize the egg whites and prevent them from drying out.  It contains no fat, making this an ideal dessert for waistline watchers!
