This recipe is from my upcoming cookbook, Carla’s Best 125 Gluten-Free Recipes. Picture lasagna noodles. Then spread on a luscious ravioli filling. Roll them up, and top with your favorite pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese. Lastly, bake until just lightly crisp on top. You can also use the filling in traditional ravioli.
