Cream Hill Estates Oat Products Review and Giveaway!

You may have already read my recipes using Cream Hill Estates certified gluten-free oat flour and oats: Gluten-free Oat Bread and Gluten-free Chewy Oatmeal Cookies. Château Cream Hill Estates is the creator of Lara’s Gluten Free Oats and Lara’s Gluten Free Oat Flour, products of Canada. They are certified gluten-free, which is what I love the most about them. Lara has celiac disease and is the daughter of company co-owner Tracy Perry. Several of the seed growers they contract either have celiac disease or have a family member who has been diagnosed, as they would understand the importance of creating a certified gluten-free oat product. Their oat products are guaranteed pure oats that are free from contamination of wheat, barley, rye and other grains. In addition, they are certified kosher.

They make very high quality oats, not all broken oats, not leaving oat flour at the bottom of the package. They are come in a ziplock bag inside a box.

  11. Hi! One of my sons and I are both gluten-free and he eats oatmeal EVERY morning and EVERY night before bed (I’m going to have to take out loans to buy groceries as he gets older!)

    He watches his brother eat all the ‘regular’ stuff and is starting to notice more that he can’t. I’d love for him to win and be excited about an oatmeal prize!

  14. Sometimes finding good wholesome gluten free ingredients is difficult if you are traveling for the holidays or on vacation. These products look like they would be both tasty and portable. I’d love to try them out!
