something must have been lost in the translation…. that is not a brioche.
Andre,
This was an attempt in adapting a gluten recipe that I found for a brioche used for a cake layer. Meanwhile, the brioche type of recipe you’re probably seeking is my brioche buns: https://glutenfreerecipebox.com/gluten-free-brioche-rolls-buns/.
You should have tutorial recipes for members, in addition to having your videos advertising your recipes and memberships. I like video tutorials.
Hi Terri,
The videos that I post on this website is mainly for the purpose of showing the texture, not advertising. I thought that when I don’t have the time to show the entire recipe tutorial that some may appreciate knowing the texture of bread, etc. When I feel the need or have the time, I do create tutorials for members. If I did them often, I would have to cut back on the number of recipes that I currently publish. What would you like to see in a tutorial? I make more tutorials for my baking/cooking class students than I do for standard recipes, and even then, only when needed. My students are eager to learn everything there is to know about gluten free baking. Perhaps you’d like to join that group? Just let me know.
Thanks,
Carla
