To enter this gluten-free recipe contest sign up for our forum and add your recipe to the Gluten-free Recipe Contest Forum; then email us using the Contact Forum stating which recipe you submitted and provide your email address. Limit, one entry per person. Others will be able to vote for the best recipe; one vote per person. All recipes remainl the property of the entrant and are copyrighted under the Gluten Free Recipe Box copyright for their protection. However, Gluten Free Recipe Box is not responsible for any copyright violations that may occur by its readers. Each entry must be complete or will either be deleted and/or not considered an invalid entry.

Contest Open To
The contest is open to individuals within the 48 contiguous U.S. states who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. All state and federal laws apply for your residential location. Alaska and Hawaii residence are not eligible, along with anyone residing outside of the United States.
Voting Opens and Ends
Voting opens on May 1, 2011 and ends on May 15, 2011 at 11:59pm PST.
Winners Need to Respond By
Winners will be notified via email and have 7 days to supply us with their U.S. shipping address, which needs to be in the 48 United States. If the winner does not reply within the 7 day period their prize will be forfeited. Therefore, you should supply us with an email address that you check often. The winners will be posted in a blog post on this blog and in our forum between May 16-18, 2011.
Disqualification
All entries must be original and a creation of the entrant. All copyrighted entries belonging to others will be disqualified and removed upon our knowledge. No family members or friends of blog owner may participate.

chewy yogurt muffins
1 1/2 cup. GF all purpose flour ( I use gluten free pantry or Bob’s red mill)
3/4 cup. sugar
2 teaspoon. baking powder
1 teaspoon. baking soda
2/3 cup. plain non or low fat yogurt ( I use Stonyfield Farm or Organic Valley)
2/3 cup. milk
1/4 cup. blueberries or raspberries
1/4 cup walnuts chopped
mix first four ingredients. Stir in the yogurt and milk, mix until dry ingredients are moist. Fill greased or paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 16.
