Ingredients: Whole grain brown rice, sugar, contains 2% or less of salt, BHT for freshness.
BHT, also known as butylhydroxytoluene, is a fat-soluble, organic compound that is usually used as an antioxidant food additive. It is a petro-chemical (derived from petroleum: crude oil is a naturally occurring, flammable liquid). It also serves as an ingredient in non-edible products such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, jet fuels, rubber, petroleum products, electrical transformer oil, and embalming fluid. Research shows that BHT is a huge offender for those with allergies. BHT is found in many products. Check those labels!
