I use San-J’s gluten-free tamari sauce when a recipe calls for gluten-free soy sauce, and that will not change, as in our household we need one low in sodium and it happens to be organic. In my gluten-free gift basket business I carry Tiger Tiger Japanese Shoyu Soy Sauce. However, I thought you should know the other brands available.
I knew that La Choy carried a gluten-free soy sauce, but I just read on the Celiac-Disease.com‘s blog that Kikkomen has joined the ranks of the gluten-free soy sauce manufacturers!

Where can you purchase it? I havnt seen it anywhere?
Hi Bea,
I am not sure which stores carry this brand. I checked the Kikkoman website, http://www.kikkomanusa.com/, and they do not have a way of searching where to purchase particular products. I usually use San-J’s gluten-free tamari sauce because it is easy for me to find, locally. I also hear Bragg makes a gluten-free soy sauce. Sorry I couldn’t be of help. If you prefer to find Kikkoman brand I suggest you ask your local grocery store to carry it for you.
This is exciting! I love the taste of Kikkoman!
