Dr. Fenster is an internationally renowned gluten-free expert, recently inducted into the prestigious international culinary society, Les Dames d’Escoffier International. She is the president and founder of Savory Palate, Inc., a gluten-free and allergy-free consulting firm, author of 9 titles, including gluten- free and allergy-free cookbooks; the creator of Bob Red Mill’s gluten-free mixes and recipes; and tapes 3 shows a year entitled “Creative Living with Sheryl Borden” on the Public Broadcasting System (PBS). Her latest cookbooks are 100 Best Gluten Free Recipes a digest of her most frequently asked for recipes from her, 1000 Gluten Free Recipes cookbook; and 125 Gluten-Free Vegetarian Recipes.

As the president and founder of Savory Palate, Inc., Carol assists those with Celiac Disease, food allergies, autism and other conditions that may be improved by a change in diet.  She offers cooking lessons on food sensitivity, intolerance and allergies fulfilling gluten-free and allergy-free industry needs. She holds a doctorate in Sociology and leads a very active life in Colorado. Carol’s media credits include Reader’s digest, Woman’s World, Taste for Life, Natural Health, and Vegetarian Times, as well as several gluten-free publications and websites. She recently teamed up with GFree Cuisine, a gluten-free recipe and menu planning program.
