Gluten-Free Chocolate Banana Bread Video (Dairy-Free or Dairy)

Check out the texture of my latest creation, a spin-off of my famous Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe, which was named the best banana bread my gluten free cookbook recipe testers. The combination of chocolate and banana are enhanced further by the addition of chocolate chips and nuts. The chocolate banana bread in the video depicts a dairy free version. A dairy version will turn out even better, and a little more tender. Enjoy!

Gluten-Free Dairy-Free French Bread Video

If you haven’t checked out the texture of this gluten free dairy free French bread yet, do so now. The video below shows you up close how much this bread resembles gluten French bread. So many gluten free French bread recipes call for tapioca. Tapioca is usually used because it is known for its chewy texture and high rise.

However, you want French bread to be chewy, but not gummy like tapioca creates. A little tapioca flour goes a long way. I did not use any tapioca flour in this recipe and it turned out so well. I can’t believe that I was able to achieve this texture without dairy! I can’t wait to make this for my gluten-eating guests! They won’t believe it’s gluten free and neither will you!

This bread is awesome with a burger!
