My granddaughter was visiting and the need to be on the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast) arose. After eating naturally gluten free food for one week while on vacation, followed by a week of being sick in bed, I was in the mood for something really spectacular! This pressure cooker version of gluten free beef bourguignon fit the bill for myself as well as my husband.
