I bet my husband could even have a fresh loaf ready for me when I get home from work!

  114. I need this add I’m a poor broke college student (well, graduated 18 days ago, but basically the same state) and current bread machine had been used for regular bread for years and needs replaced. I’d love to be able to make bread *I* can eat and the whole family would love!

Thanks – Kathie

  126. My husband was diagnosed with celiac in 2005. The previous year we had started making major changes to our eating style and one part of the change was making our own bread. We loved our bread machine. When he got diagnosed, the bread machine was more hassle than it was worth. The adjustment to GF bread is hard enough, meaning the dough and its stickiness and how to adjust and so on. Of course, my health issues then took over and trying to make my own bread was next to impossible. Recently, I have also gone GF based on borderline result and subsequesnt tolerance testing. It also seems to help my health, overall, with brain fog and other things. I would love to have a GF breadmachine. The recipes are so much better now and to even have recipes ready made for the machine – WooHoo!

  127. I’m just learning about GF products because my friend and her daughter are GF. I’d love to make my own GF bread for them and myself of course.

  128. My parents gave away the bread machine they were given for their wedding, and it’s been really hard for me to find a GF/DF/EF bread on the market that doesn’t taste like cardboard. I have, however, found recipes on the web that require a bread maker. I’m so close to achieving sammich success, yet so far!

  129. I went GF just over a year ago, more as a political statement against Monsanto and GMO’s than anything….BUT, I have noticed that when I do have some wheat (which is very rare), it sits in my stomach like a lead ball. I FEEL better without gluten, and that is the best reason for me to stay GF.

  130. My Wife just came down with a Autoimmune disease and can’t eat Gluten, and i’m a stay at home dad with heart problems, so i’m trying to cook gluten-free meals but i’m not Betty Crocker, so it’s hard for me to make gluten free bread let alone regular bread so this bread machine would be a wonderful gift to receive.

  132. I wish to enter this giveaway because my current bread machine doesn’t have a GF setting and the breads I have made just don’t come out right. This would be a blessing for my kitchen as I am trying to get my husband on board with the GF lifestyle. He eats a lot of sandwiches!!!!

  133. I am mother to 9 children, and while making my own bread is the cheapest way to go, I don’t often have the time required to do it by hand. A machine would help me feed my family.

  134. I miss having a bread baker because we got rid of ours after finding out the non stick surface was contaminated with gluten!

  135. I shared the giveaway on my Facebook wall with a link. It would be so great to be able to make our own GF bread quickly!

  136. Avoiding gluten for gut issues for two of us, would love to be able to customize the GF breads to OUR likes. Sure don’t have time to make bread the old fashioned way. It would really save us some money to make our own bread and get it the way WE want it!

  137. I have not been totally successful at making gf bread, taste is good but so flat. I have sensitivities and my son has autism and we are both on gf and high protein, so this breadmaker would make the bread better. I could choose the flours to use instead of settling for small expensive loaves.

  138. I would love to win this bread maker because I not only have Celiac but RA too so it would make my life much easier as I make my own bread. Thank you for this chance to win!

  139. What a neat idea! I had no idea GF bread makers existed. Owning one would be so handy, as well as healthy, since I’d be in control of the ingredients going into the bread loaf. Thanks so much for this give away.

  140. I’m entering because I would love to make my own gluten free bread! We currently drive over an hour to buy GF bread.

  141. We would love this bread maker! Our family is gluten free due to my little one being diagnosed with Celiac disease. I bet we could make some really delicious fresh gluten free bread to devour with a nice bread maker like this one.

  142. My youngest daughter was diagnosed with Celiac. After the whole family went gluten free we realized my oldest daughter and I are allergic to something in the gluten free products. 145. I use to make fresh ground whole wheat bread for my family but I am NCGS so can no longer eat gluten. I would love to try making gluten-free bread with this bread machine.

  146. Been GF for over two years now and I have had to throw away every single load of GF bread that I have tried to make, including handmade and even one from a different brand of bread maker. They all tasted awful, had terrible texture, or fell flat. And I literally can’t stomach the store-bought ones; it would be wonderful to make a loaf that not only tastes great and doesn’t bother my stomach, but actually works in the first place! Thanks, Carla; your reworked recipe suggestions sound awesome; I can’t wait to try them in a new Breadman!

  147. I would love to win this Professional Breadman bread maker so that I can enjoy fresh bread at home again. Being Gluten free for 7+ years has definitely been challenging but bread products definitely have been missing as a staple in my diet.

  152. I would like to win this because it would be so much cheaper ( and convenient) to make my own bread. I wish I had the time to do all the kneading, etc myself, but this would help with that process.

  153. Being gluten intolerant is a struggle. So many foods I cannot eat and I am having to really read the ingreadiants on everything. On the flip side I don’t miss the pain and I am losing weight. So it is not all bad

  154. I have several food allergies and sensitivities that make me unable to eat any store-bought bread. I keep meaning to make my own gluten-free, dairy=free, egg=free, corn-free bread… but with a 10-week old baby I can’t seem to find the time. A breadmaker would be a huge help to me.

  155. I’m entering this contest because I miss good bread. Being gluten free has made me feel better but has been a challenge when it comes to missing my beloved bread.

  156. There are three of us ages 7, 15, and 35 who have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I would love to have a bread maker here to make fresh homemade bread for our family.

Having this machine would mean I can make my own bread and keep it separate from our old bread machine that I dare not use anymore!

  160. I just found out that I have a gluten sensativity and I miss bread! I haven’t found one I like and homeschooling w/ 4 kids I don’t have time to make my own traditionally. This would be perfect!!!

I would be so grateful for a bread machine with a g/f setting so that I could bake my own bread.

  168. If I win this machine, I will put it to good use with my students as I am a teacher of Foods and Nutrition.

  169. I am a new mom at 43, of a now, 7 months old baby girl and I have fibromyalgia…my doctor told me to “go gluten-free” to help decrease my pain. This machine would be such a lifesaver!

  170. Our family has switched to gluten free foods for the health and well being of ourselves but mostly for our Autistic son who I hope will benefit from the gluten free environment. A bread machine with a specific Gluten bread setting would be divine and would definitely help me to provide a better gluten free product/breads than the yucky stuff that is available in the supermarkets. Do they really believe that people can like the textures of their breads. No way – Carla we share the same first name (spelled correctly of course!) and I am thrilled to be able to get the recipes you have on your website.

  171. WOW!!

How exciting is this give away.. :-) I have never been one to cook even when married much less bread.. Every attempt I have ever made to make normal bread let a lone gluten free bread was a total disaster. Even the frozen bread never turned out so decided to give up trying.. However my life has never been the same since cutting breads completely out of my diet since my allergies.. This bread machine would certainly rekindle my passion and desire to differently give it another honest try.. Many tries cause I would not stop baking until I baked that PERFECT LOAF!!

  184. Would love to win this breadmaker. I am the only person in my family who is gluten free, so it would be nice to make different types of bread for different folks! Also, I should start making my own bread so I’m not spending ridiculous amounts of money on tiny, hard to find loaves in the grocery store.

  199. I am entering because I wish to have a bread machine to make healthier bread for my family!

  200. I’ve shared this on Facebook. Would like to win because I am trying to avoid gluten, as I have two auto-immune related diseases; growing body of research shows gluten is not good for these conditions. Our 6 year old daughter shares one (Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis); she was diagnosed at 6 days old, while I was 32 YO before I found out. Working hard to make sure her diet is as optimal as possible (fresh, not processed foods whenever possible, avoiding gluten, etc); this bread machine would be a big assistance in that goal!

  201. I have shared on fb. Like all that needed to be liked. This would be great to win so I could make my own gluten free bread. Thank you for a chance to win.

  206. Newly diagnosed with an allergy to wheat and 17 other foods. Cannot afford a bread machine as I take care of my 80 ur old father who has leukemia and my disabled brother. Is hard eating as I should when I’m making food for everyone else in addition to seperate meals for me. All my meals have to be made from scratch with nothing processed. A bread machine would help me be able to have bread because I can’t afford to have store bought gluten free bread. I miss bread !!!

  207. Newly diagnosed with celiac, so this would be a great way to get started making my own bread. Thanks for hosting the giveaway. Good luck everyone!

  208. I would like to win so I can make more bread for my family instead of buying it from stores all the time.

  209. I would love to be able to enjoy home made bread again. I can’t use my old bread machine as it has been glutened. It’s been just over a year since my diagnosis. Thank you.

  210. Make our own bread and eating gluten-free to help my husband heal 18 months of hives. This blessing would be a very welcome surprise.

  211. I have baked GF bread from recipes I have found on different GF websites, some have been OK, some terrible and others just not quite right. I have tinkered with my own flour blends, and modified many recipes; some results have been fairly good but most are blah. I came across https://glutenfreerecipebox.com/ very recently and tried the GF Hamburger bun recipe – and WOW, it exceeded all my expectations. Next I tried the GF sandwich bread, it has no rice and very little tapioca flour and so was hoping for a bread that was not gummy, and WOW again. I believe that with the Breadman Professional 2 lb. Bread Maker – Model No. BK1050S I will be able to make the GF white bread consistently and more often. And my daughter who has celiac will eat it and want more!

  212. I’d love to win this. I used to bake bread from scratch all this time before I was diagnosed with celiac but I haven’t tried gf bread. It’s too intimidating for some reason. This might push me to give it a go.

  217. I am new to the GF world. I have always wanted a bread machine but now I feel that I really need one so that I can make my own GF bread.

  218. I need this because my dad has siliac disease and has to eat strictly gluten free. So this would help him out alot!! :)

  219. My 6 year old son has had eczema since the age of 4 months old. One of the biggest contributing factors to his flare ups are gluten. We now have his flare ups under control through diet and alternative medicines. We have had him on a gluten free diet for about two years. This bread machine would make it so much easier for me to not only control the ingredients in the bread, but also make him a fresh bread that he would actually like. A lot of the store bought breads are bland and fall apart easily. Plus they are a little pricey.

  220. I started writing across country in a semi with my husband recently. I got very sick. I was sick for about 4 months before trying everything I finally stopped eating breads and pastas. I am gluten intolerant. I refuse to pay for 5-6 slices of packaged bread. It has been about 8 months and I would REALLY LIKE to eat bread again.

  221. I’m a college student on a very tight budget, eating gluten, corn, dairy, egg, coffee, yeast, and tapioca free is EXCEPTIONALLY hard!!! (And expensive). I’d love to win one of these so I can make my own bread and reduce the already expensive grocery list a bit.

  226. I used to love making breads- but once I stopped the ‘regular’ flour way due to a gluten sensitivity 1 year ago, I have found making breads slightly more difficult. I have never owned my own bread machine and truly feel it would make the recipes that much easier and less fussy!

I follow on tumblr, twitter and liked on facebook. I am also signed up for the newsletter.

Stage four lung cancer that has now metastasized to his brain, liver, hips and spine so we are busy with chemo and radiation, drs appts, meds and still everyday life. Any kind of time saver would help . And I’m hoping adding gluten free breads would entice him to eat more for the strength he needs for his fight.

  231. I’m celiac and have DH. Right now I’m feeling the effects of cross contamination with my DH. With a Breadman I might be able to make bread that all of my family would eat and life without gluten crumbs would be wonderful.

  232. I’m entering because our last bread machine broke on us. It gave us many faithful years of service. But money is tight and I’m not sure when we will be able to afford a other one. So this would make, making home made gluten free bread for my family that much easier. Especially since I just had major surgery! :)

  233. For years I’ve suffered with multiple symptoms and been misdiagnosed. Finally correctly diagnosed with celiac. My husband, the amazing man he is, went gluten free with me. To avoid cross contamination and to just make it easier for me. The hardest thing for us to both give up is bread. I would love to be able to treat him to some homemade bread.

    1. It would seem that this bread maker machine would be easier on me to make a gluten free bread loaf. I have a seizure disorder so standing in the kitchen is not always easy. My gluten allergy means buying GF bread loafs which is a burden on my food budget. I would love to try making my own GF in your bread making machine.

  239. I thought my days of using a bread maker were over once going GF. This would make my year!

  253. Entering because we recently figured out gluten’s been the cause of our daughter’s painful ills, and because my mid-1990s bread maker has no GF setting. I’d love to bake a loaf I don’t have to toss out due to incorrect settings! :)

i am trying to be gluten free for my integrated medicine doctor.
I found out that celiac disease is hereditary and my cousin has it also. I am being diagnosed to see if i might have a form of it.
The breadman bread machine would be a great plus as i try to find bread and it is so hard and small and molds so fast. It would be great for me to then make my own. Yes, i would love to win this machine. Thanks, Kathy
