Spicy Gluten Free Indian Potato Pancakes with Easy Tomato Chutney

Gluten Free Indian Potato Pancakes, Tomato Chutney, and Basmati Rice

Containing common and easily obtained Indian spices, these spicy gluten free potato pancakes make an incredible gluten free side dish. Make the easy tomato chutney or your favorite dipping sauce. I even enjoy sweet red chile sauce from a bottle. Adjust the heat on these potato pancakes to your liking. I like to add a little red hot chili oil when serving them plain. They are simply scrumptious! Serve them for breakfast with eggs or lunch or dinner as a side. Continue reading “Spicy Gluten Free Indian Potato Pancakes with Easy Tomato Chutney”

Gluten Free Puff Pastry Breakfast Ring (Bacon, Sausage, Ham, or Veggie)

Gluten Free Bacon Breakfast Crescent Ring

One of my Facebook followers requested a savory ring recipe. I decided to create this gluten free crescent breakfast ring. I added bacon. Choose between two dough recipes and either scrambled or hard boiled eggs. You can also add cheese. This recipe is perfect for using up leftover meat, eggs, and veggies. You can even hide bacon under the puff pastry as you see in the photo or add mouthwatering sausage. It’s absolutely delicious! Gluten Free Dairy Free Morning Glory Muffins (Coconut and Oat Versions)

Gluten Free Morning Glory Muffins with Crumble Topping

With or without crumble topping, these gluten free morning glory muffins are hearty and moist as they hold plenty of fruit and nuts. The fruit is the main source of their moisture; however, sugar is also added. You may use organic sugar to make it healthier. I eat these muffins for dessert without the topping! They’re sort of like carrot cake, but a bit heartier. They’re wonderful! I hope you enjoy them as well.

Gluten Free Spinach and Four Cheese Frittata

Stovetop Gluten Free Buttermilk Biscuits

Gluten Free Biscuitsa

Some days, I am in the kitchen baking all day. It’s part of my job as a recipe developer. The last thing I want to do during the summer is turn on the oven for personal use. So, this stovetop gluten free buttermilk biscuits recipe is the perfect alternative. It works! It’s the same great recipe as I use for my Fluffy Gluten Free Biscuits recipe, just made on the stovetop. My husband loves the additional crunch I can create by turning the heat a little higher just for his, after I’ve removed some for me. I can keep my biscuits buttery soft, like I enjoy them. Fluffy Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancakes Made Without Refined Starch and Gum

Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancakes

I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to make the perfect gluten free buttermilk pancakes recipe without white starch and gum. But I did it! Using Ryze Gluten Free Flour Mix – Yellow Bag, I developed this high-ryze (pun intended) pancakes recipe. If you wish to reduce or eliminate refined starch and gum (some people experience digestive issues from gums), you have to use this mix! (Stay tuned in for my upcoming review of both of their mixes.) Be sure to see the tips section for a feather-light version that melts in your mouth, but is a little extra work. The standard version is depicted in the photo.
