Gluten Free Blooming Onion or Petals and Dipping Sauce

Gluten Free Blooming Onion

Wow! Now, this is what I’m talking about! This is much better than my first Gluten Free Bloom’in Onion Recipe. In my earlier recipe, I adapted Chef Rob’s Gluten Free Onion Rings Recipe. This time, I used the spices that I enjoy most without it tasting like a spicy taco. Even the sauce is more on the mild side. I can’t wait to make them again. Don’t miss the Variation in the “Tips” section.

Easy Gluten Free Snowball Cake (Naturally Colored or Leave White)

Gluten Free Snowball Cake

Remember those pink Hostess Snoballs? They were made of chocolate cake with a creamy and spongy marshmallow filling. That same spongey white filling was on the outside as well. Then, the entire thing was covered in pink coconut. This gluten free snowball cake is made the same but with natural food coloring. You don’t need a special pan to make this delicious cake, just two round cake pans, and a large bowl.

High Protein Gluten Free Bread Recipe Without Nuts

High Protein Gluten Free Bread Recipe

Are you looking for a recipe for high protein gluten free bread? You can achieve high protein bread easily using almond flour as in my previous recipes for Almond Flour Gluten Free Bread. However, if you’d like to avoid nuts or just don’t have any on hand, a healthy alternative is the use of pea protein. If you cannot tolerate pea protein, use brown rice protein instead. Refried Black Beans Using Canned Whole Black Beans

Refried Black Beans

Using canned whole black beans, you can make the most delicious refried black beans. Black beans are very nutritious as they are high in protein. You get 8 grams of protein in just 1/2 cup of beans. Add in another protein like beef or chicken, and you’ve created a whole protein (a protein that contains all of the amino acids a body needs.) You’ll also get 9 whole grams of fiber in that 1/2 cup.
